On June 30, 2022,
the U.S. Supreme Court remanded Duncan
v. Bonta and Association
of New Jersey Rifle and Pistol Clubs v.
Bruck to their respective appeals
courts for corrective rulings in light of the
decision in NYSRPA
v. Bruen. Bans on ammunition
magazines will be nullified.
DGS will
continue to distribute magazines by all lawful
means.
Pending the resolution of this litigation, I consider all
capacity restrictions to be unenforceable.
